Weāll also journey into the deep waters of rebirth through the Celtic Myth of Cerridwen.
We all begin life in the deep, creative waters of the dark womb. Embedded in the bones and the blood and the flesh of us, we know this place as SOURCE - of vital, creative, life force.
A profound, mysterious, knowing lives within each of us; that if we seek true transformation, we must submerge ourselves in those dark, sacred waters of the Dark Mother.
A Year and a Day
One of my favourite details of the Cerridwen myth is that the potion of wisdom and transformation, which Cerridwen brews, must be stirred for a whole «Year and a Day »
So much of new age spirituality these days would have us believe that we can simply click our heels three times, shout āI manifest this - bitch!ā up to the sky and transformation will magically alight upon us.
However this myth reminds us that: Time. Preparation. Dedication and Patience, are required to initiate our true giftsā¦
